Advertising Industry Program Participation

Kenshoo is in compliance with the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) Self-Regulatory Principles of Online Behavioral Advertising and participates in its program.

We are self-certified with the US Department of Commerce – EU-US Privacy Shield Framework, in connection with the collection, use, and retention of personal information from EU member states. We are committed to adhere to the Privacy Shield principles, including notice, choice, accountability for onward transfer, security, data integrity, purpose limitation, access, recourse, enforcement and liability.

Kenshoo commits to cooperate with EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the Swiss Federal Data
Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) and comply with the advice given by such authorities with
regard to human resources data transferred from the EU and Switzerland in the context of the employment
relationship.
